  • We ship within the U.S. and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the ordering process.
  • Rushmore Promo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided.
  • Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrectly printed.
  • If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion after review of the issue.
